She is Now Truly Mine!

Apparently, we had one more thing to clear up before October 11th. Let me just send the explanation Marcus sent me, it explains it nicely.

"Way back in 1990, Shannon scoffed at my stated intention of going to medical school and becoming an anesthesiologist. She was so certain, that she drew up the following contract. As it turns out, she was right. However, in order for your marriage to be completely unencumbered, I need to release her from this contract."

O.k., now what am I supposed to think about this? Personally, I think it's totally hilarious. The stories and memories being brought up while writing this blog have been great. I am sure more are just around the corner.

Thanks for the help (and release) on this one Marcus,

P.s. Damn that was the day before my 20th B-day

Robert

Ok, I have to comment on this. It is very hard to know that your dearest and oldest friend KEEPS EVERYTHING!! I'm fearful of what will come up next!!! I thought I was a packrat! I'm going to find something from my "way back" pile on you Marcus! Seriously, this is wonderful and you always bring back memories! I thank God for you, Lo, and your family everyday! Shannon

It was good to see you guys at the Reunion and sorry we didn't do more than meet!(due to a recent visit we had gotten in a few months prior to the Reunion) Shannon found her man!!! (Us Hellums have had bad luck with Shannon double-date B4; hope you will understand our distance)!! Congrats you both! From our 17 years, we think it doesn't what age you find love - it's that you love the one you're with! Congratulations. We'd love to meet up after you're married! (if we haven't moved too far away by then to visit again one day!) Sincerely, Suzanne and Gene (and no-longer baby - Joey!)
